1. LEGAL AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
CRAVE CABS adheres to all local, state, and national laws, including but not limited to:  
Transportation Laws: Compliance with motor vehicle regulations, licensing, and permits.  
Data Protection Laws: Adherence to data privacy regulations, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules framed thereunder.  
Labor Laws: Ensuring fair treatment of Drivers and employees, including minimum wage and working conditions.  
Consumer Protection Laws: Protecting the rights of Passengers and providing transparent services.  
Health and Safety Regulations: Following guidelines for vehicle safety, hygiene, and emergency protocols.  

2. DRIVER COMPLIANCE
All Drivers on the CRAVE CABS Platform must:  
- Possess valid driving licenses, vehicle registration, insurance, and pollution certificates.  
- Undergo background checks, including criminal record verification and driving history.  
- Comply with traffic rules, avoid over-speeding, and never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.  
- Maintain vehicle fitness and cleanliness as per CRAVE CABS standards.  
- Treat Passengers with respect and professionalism at all times.  

3. PASSENGER COMPLIANCE
Passengers using the CRAVE CABS Platform must:  
- Provide accurate and truthful information during account creation and trip booking.  
- Treat Drivers with respect and refrain from any form of harassment or misconduct.  
- Follow safety guidelines, including wearing seatbelts and avoiding distractions during the ride.  
- Report any safety concerns or violations through the CRAVE CABS app or customer support.  

4. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY
CRAVE CABS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of user data. We:  
- Collect, store, and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.  
- Use encryption and secure servers to protect user data from unauthorized access.  
- Share information with third parties only for legitimate business purposes and with user consent.  

5. ANTI-FRAUD AND ANTI-CORRUPTION
CRAVE CABS has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, bribery, and corruption. We:  
- Conduct regular audits to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.  
- Encourage users to report any suspicious behavior or violations.  
- Take strict action against individuals or entities involved in fraudulent practices.
